Order review and discrepancy requests

Cosmetic ingredient orders are supplied against the approved specification and written commercial terms.

Before confirming an order

Check the ingredient name, specification revision, quantity, pack and required documentation. Customized products require explicit approval of the agreed sample or packaging reference before commercial production.

If a discrepancy is found

Email info@hytanpeptides.com with the order reference, lot identification, description of the issue and supporting package photographs. Preserve the material and documents while the team reviews the request. Do not return goods without agreed instructions.

Resolution

The project team reviews the reported discrepancy against the approved specification and contract. Replacement, return, refund or another remedy depends on the confirmed facts and written order terms. This page does not introduce an unconditional return promise for customized or opened materials.
