Confirm shipment responsibility

A quotation should identify the shipping destination, agreed packing requirements and responsibility for freight, import clearance and charges. Any quoted shipment date depends on the approved order, material availability and project schedule.

Packing and material conditions

Review the current material documentation and agreed packaging before selecting the transport arrangements. Special material conditions require explicit confirmation for the product and route. We do not publish a universal cold-chain or overnight delivery promise.

Order and shipment records

• Approved material specification and packing reference.
• Commercial invoice and packing list as applicable.
• Relevant batch documents agreed for the order.
• Shipment reference and route information when dispatched.
• The contact responsible for resolving destination questions.

Inspection on arrival

Check the package condition, quantity and material identification against the agreed documents. Report any discrepancy promptly with the order reference and available package photographs. Refer to the written commercial agreement for inspection and claim conditions.
